She was VERY pretty, but way to delicate..it was a constant worry.I would never want another tiny yorkie as much as I loved Lady..I have a 3 year old now and it would be way to dangerous. |
We do the "yorkie suffle" too

When I got Remy I was looking for a dog in the range of 5 lbs. When I would chart her weight it showed she would be 3 1/5 to 4 lbs. I went back and forth on how I felt about that. Then when she gained weight and outgrew her clothes (she is now 5lbs) at first I was like..oh I wanted her to stay smaller. But she is so healthy, beautiful and happy. and it gave me an excuse to go shopping!!!
I think what really made me happy about having a bit bigger (if you can call 5 lbs bigger

) is one time at the vet I saw a little girl that the owner steped on and her leg was so damaged they had to remove it. It was so sad.
