I have finally decided on the Yorkie, over the Maltese. It took a while and lots of researching, but I am thrilled with my choice! Now, the next step is to find several reputable breeders in my area, or at least close by. I want to be able to have a choice and be able to pick up the pup and not have it shipped. I am in Summerville SC, right outside of Charleston. I am willing to travel to Georgia for my new baby. I am in no rush, I want to find the perfect pup for me. So, if anyone knows of any breeders in this vicinty, that are planning a breeding, or expecting puppies, PLEASE let me know. I want a female puppy, preferably 5lbs..give or take a lb of course..and I know its hard to predict, but something close would be great....Thank you for all the info everybody has provided me with on this board!...and thank you for any info you might have for me in the future
