Care credit is a credit card that you can put medical expenses on. The specialist or vet should have info. on it. I think Tena's (Perella) suggestion is great too reach out the vet schools in your area like Cornell. She took Zhoie to NC State and had amazing results too. We are in MD and paid 6k but I am going to email the specialist and talk to them about what they can do to help. I will get back to you on that. They are amazing at VOSM.
