Oh, how sad; how sad. I cannot imagine the guilt the parents must feel and the dog owner who found the boy in his yard.
As a pool owner, my worst fear was walking outside and finding a child face down in my pool and I had a 6 foot privacy fence.
I imagine this dog owner feels just as badly. Just a terrible shame.
