She could be hungry at that time. I got ZoE at 6 weeks and she had to be fed every 4 hours, so I was up alot during the night anyway.
Then, I'd hold her til she fell asleep and lay her down, and go to sleep myself, 10-20 mins later, she'd be crying again, so up I'd get, hold her some more til she fell asleep, lay her down...20 mins later crying again. I did this for two nights...it was worse than a human baby. By the 3rd night I was exhausted! So after getting up I took her to bed with me to lay down, cos I was so tired I could barely stand up! And we both fell alseep. She's been sleeping with me every since.
