I wonder if they just told you they saw the stains because they know you have dogs.
I will also add... the paper pee pads leak!!! I now use hospitable pads that are washable. We just moved and I had all the carpet ripped out and put down wood floors (pergo) and then Bailey Peepeed on the wood floor
but it seamed to clean up ok
