Ya know, I have a pet peeve (no pun intended) with people who knowingly let their dogs out without a tag or leash! I have cousins just up the street from me that has a chihuahua that has absolutely no training, and they just let her run. I gave her owner a harness and leash that my boys outgrew, but he never puts it on her.
They just lost their other dog to traffic because of the same reason. It makes me furious at their irresponsibility, and is a poor example for their little granddaughter! I could really go on and on, but won't, because it wouldn't do any good, anyway.
