Lol... but, seriously, I cannot say this surprises me in the least.
There are songs...some classical music, too...that give me a screaming migraine almost instantly and the loud TV commercials make me instantly nauseous from the vibrations. I have a cat who used to ride on the vacuum cleaner but freaked out over an itty bitty mustache trimmer...apparently the high-pitch buzzing was objectionable. I, too, had a dog who reacted to the UPS truck, but only if one guy was driving it...Big Zig didn't like that man at all and Ziggy LOVED EVERYBODY!!! Certain frequencies...certain tones...certain combinations of sounds. It's probably like fingernails on a blackboard to 'em.
