Default Honey has just passed

I have had her since I was 10 years old and at the age of 17 she just passed away. She had been blind for the past 3 years, but still gotton around pretty good. She had been struggling to get up and walk around for the past few days, but I know when I give her a treat of a slice of turkey and a slice of chicken she pops right up and gets around great. I gave her this as always every night & then she chugged some water and as usual I know to take her outside immediately to use the restroom. She fell over outside and when I tried to pick her up to get her legging she wasn't getting up and I could tell by the look in her eyes that it was the end. I ran water on her in the sink and she was able to gather herself a little bit to pick her head up to rest on me, but she could barely breathe and I held her for the last half hour, then she had a few final shrieks and passed. I loved Honey so much, she was best dog in the world and I don't know how i'm going to get by without her.
