490? No way, I'm thinking more like 600+. And that's not counting the honey roasted bbq sauce I put on it. Salty is not something I would say about the CEC bagel though.
But you wanna talk sodium? The barbacoa was SO salty! Their info said 510mg, yeah right. It was so salty I had to put so much lemon on it just to make it palatable.
