You also have to look at serving size. Carnitas is 8g of fat for 4 oz of meat.
4 oz isn't much....they probably put double that on whatever you order, 6 oz is a serving of chicken. Overall, meats really don't have a lot of fat if you stick to a true serving size.
Think of it this way...your stomach is supposed to be the size of your fist. Anything you eat that's bigger than that stretches your stomach and over time, it stays big, therefore meaning you have to eat more to fill you up. Start paying attention to serving sizes and you'll notice all restaurants overfeed us lol.
