Cake Nutritional info at restaurants, do you believe them?

I don't, not for a second!

At Chik-fil-a, they say a chicken, egg and cheese bagel is 480 cal. A bagel is roughly 300 cals, a slice of cheese about 80, an egg without butter or oil to cook it roughly 60, that's 440. I'm supposed to believe a patty of deep fried chicken is the remaining 40 cals? Yeah right!

Then today I had lunch at Chipotle. A salad with barbacoa. I looked at the nutrition info. Everything on the sheet looked so "healthy". Pinto beans happen to be cooked with bacon, yet only have 1g of fat per serving? puh-leeze. Carnitas 8g of fat? WTF.

then there are the fast service restaurants that post the fat and calorie contents on their menu, only to see a little * that says fat content shows saturated fat only, and only on the protein of the item in question! OMGWTF really?

I'm calling BS! Who's with me?!
