I know, this little girl was darting back and forth and this is a super busy 6 lane road going both directions. I didn't realize it but others were trying to chase him down too. I had my little boys in the car but I could not just keep driving. He kept running and I would get back in my car and follow him. He finally just got under my car and gave up. A lady stopped and said she would take him to the vet to see if he was chipped and that she does rescue. I was so relieved!! I honestly did not want to take him, but would have if need be.
