 Rolling over and submitting
Maggie has just started doing this, with every dog she meets. Big dog, little dog, it doesn't matter. One time she peed when she did this. Is she afraid? She just started this in the last couple of months. However, at home, she is top dog, she is the dominant dog. She won't just roll over once and get up, she lays there while the other dog sniffs, no matter how long the other dog wants to sniff. Let her do it, pick her up?? Any suggestions?
