the lathargia, your puppies showing, sounds like parvo virus, which isn't good. This can be deadly to young tiny puppies if not treated immmediatly. Also is she vomiting or having runny stool? In any case, I think you should take your baby to the vet immediatly, and call the vet and give them her symptoms.
