Sounds like the holes are too small (because it cant be that her pee is too thick
lol).
Im saying this,because I had the same issue with a similar product and I had to "knock" on it afterwards to get the pee to go all the way through,or it would just sit suspended in the holes.
I actually complained to the manifacturer and they gave me my money back.
