just measured her...
her neck is around 7 1/2 inches
her chest is around 12 inches ( maybe a tiny bit less)
her length is around 10 inches
and she is wearing the small very comforatably. i think your yorkie could be slightly bigger and still fit comfy
the company sells it as a size 10 and the XS is sold as a size 8, so about 2 inches shorter
