I received Emma's last week and she has started using it pretty regularly. I am using it with the pad underneath the grate - no grass. Weird question- does your pups pee go through the grate?? Emma's seems to fill up the squares and just sit in them and not fall through to the pad. Then when she uses it again her feet are getting wet from her pee in the grate which I don't like. Some of the squares are not cut all the way to the edge but there is still a hole in them!? I just don't like having to wipe the grate down every time she goes......
