Nevermind how furious I am. I just want to know what safety measures I can take so my dog doesn't die to a cop shooting him. I only feel lucky Yorkies are so small. That reduces the likelihood of your dog dying by cop...some. I feel for bigger dog owners who must have it far worse. Honestly I am afraid for my Romeo in the event I am ever pulled over while driving. Romeo does NOT like people in uniform -- POs included -- and if I were to get pulled over he would instinctively lunge at anyone approaching my window. My fear is that a PO would react by pulling his gun and firing .... therefore, I obey ALL traffic rules whenever my Romeo is riding with me.
