hi , i fed oscar now small breed for awhile and it is a great food. One problem oscar had with it is the pieces are extremely tiny and he had a tendency to swallow them whole and gagged .
He is now on california natural , kangaroo & red lentil .
The kibble are bigger and he chews them well
