I think there is a fine line between offering help to those in need ~ but also not being a forum that encourages breeding willy nilly.
There are valid concerns that people who are even thinking about breeding want to know. Not every two dogs should be bred - just because we want to. We all remember pet overpopulation, right? That hasn't gone away.
As we have recently seen in other threads ~ breeding is not for the faint of heart - not to be taken lightly - and not without heartache.
