Since she has already done it you need to make sure you clean the spots VERY well. If it still smells like pee to her she will get confused and think it's okay. If you don't already have it get some of the urine destroying type cleaning sprays, it will be very useful through potty training.
I still have problems with this occassionally, but they are usually "i'm mad at you" or "I'm so so so very excited" accidents...
