Free Feeding is not a good idea in my opinion until your dog is on a schedule and such, my vet always told me that Ralph is not going to starve himself. Ralph poops one time a day, sometimes two, but you need to get your dog on a schedule, because without one it will just make it very hard to potty train them. I would also try putting your dog on a leash when it is time to go potty, that way your dog knows that you are out there to go to your business not eat the worms heheh! (:
