When you see her going on the furniture you have to stop her immediately. Miles tried that when he first came home with me, I just screamed NOOOOOO.... And I think I put him on the pad and he never did it again. If you let her continue, then she will think it is OK. Don't worry about being mean, this has to stop. What have you done to correct her? You have to keep your eye on her at all times. if she looks like she's going to go, direct her to the pad and give her a treat when she gets it right. I think Miles just pee pees and poop poops just for the treats lol.
