I get a full work-up of my yorkie every year. He is only two and has had 2. This costs $101 each time from my vet and I think, although it is expensive, it is well worth it. I recently had some issues with my baby and it is really nice to be able to compare numbers- to know what is normal for my pet is valuable (even little things like glucose).
If you have the money- do it!!
