Do you have an "assistant", like hubby or son, or bf? With help it will be easier...Your assistant holds Oliver up in his/her arms, against their chest. You gently grasp Olivers muzzle in your left hand, hold his mouth shut, slide the syringe inside his lips, WAY to the back of his mouth...there is a place at the back of his jaw where you can squirt the medication inside his mouth, and rather than "squirting it down his throat " so that he chokes, it goes inside his mouth at the back of his mouth and he instinctively swallows...dont let his mouth go until you see him swallowing, you can stroke his throat so he swallows....then when you let his mouth go, imediately give him a treat to reward him taking his medicine and to get the taste out of his mouth!
