I am so sorry to hear about you and your baby. I hope your body heals quickly and that you are soon free from pain. One of my little girls was very small, but Gracie was not nearly as small as Tyler. I'm sorry that I can't offer you advice relating to why your baby was so lethargic. I'm sure that you will give your little boy all of the extra care and love that he needs. I had be even more proactive and protective of Gracie than the other two, but every second I got to spend with her was truly a gift to me. Please take care of yourself.
