It may be less than the overall file limit, but it's more in the pixel units. I can't read the non-donating members rules anymore, but the donating member says:

"Whichever is smaller" means it can't be above 125 pixels, no matter if it's just 10 kb.
This is what it use to say for non-donating members

Again, it can never be larger than one of those numbers, not even if the other number way less. Also, some newbies only have one picture and they can't have it 80 pixels even though it's under the file size limit. Now admin may have changed the rules since I last spoke to them about it, but if they have trouble again uploading it, this may be the reason. Does any of that make sense?
