RAT POISON!!
My Aunts dog ,german shepherd dog, ate rat poison and died!!! Rat poison causes internal bleeding....and chocolate can make them VERY sick...it mostly dark chocolate however, my Parents little girl ate 1 Hershey kiss and had to spend the day at the vets, they made her vomit and put her on IV'S...your sister is VERY lucky that her little one is ok...
