OMG! That is so sad.
I pray the pups will survive & thrive. I wish she were my neighbor right now! I know my mommy dog(that just had pups) would nurse and care for the baby's. Does she or the vet know of a nursing dog somewhere that would be the type to take care of them...A surrogate.
