Default My Dog Ziggy is Not the same.

Greetings all,

My dog ziggy, 7 years old, used to be full of energy. He would bark when the doorbell rang, and always want to play, and would greet me at the door when i got home. However, yesterday, he threw up in the morning. My dad fed him PEANUTS! Before he threw up in the morning he was normal. After, for the whole day he wasn't normal. He would just lie around the house. We decided to take him to the vet. The vet said he had a lot of air in his stomach, and that his blood was too fatty. So obviously now we are putting him on a better diet. The thing is, today he is still lethargic. He threw up a lil water, and his stool was soft to diahrhea like. His stomach feels bloated and firm to touch. I asked the vet if it was bloat, the deadly kind she said it wasn't. Anyone know what i can do to help my poor ziggy. This is killing me and my family. Any help is much appreciated.

Best,

A concerned owner.
