I haven't heard of it, but from a brief reading it sounds pretty good. Typically, credit unions can give you better deals on certain things because they see their members as lower risk than the general population. I personally would be interested in an insurance like this, it seems to cover against the big things, not the day to day stuff, and it's fairly low cost, also copay is 10%, which is good. I also like what they've written about food, it means they aren't clueless about dogs. You would want to see if it covers against "genetic defects", like LP, but it sounds like a pretty good program to me. Did you also see they have "Veterinarian Discounts for Your Pets", you never, know your vet may already be in the program, and that's just a straight off 25%!
