I ordered one Evo Classic starter kit for $99.00....the very last one. My husband uses the car battery charger in his van while he is at work. When he comes home, he plugs the home battery charger in and re-charges one inside the house. He has not used the USB charger yet and probably never will. It says you can also charge them from your laptop or desktop.
When I ordered his kit, I also ordered the 2 different types of e-liquids that are on the site (Eco pure e-liquid & RIZe e-juice). The 30 cartridges come pre-filled. I just didn't want him to run out so I ordered more.
Yes, he re-uses the cartridges. Never throw them away. They can be used over and over. You just top it off with 2 or 3 drops when it runs out. I would have to say that if it were me, I would use the pre-filled cartridges for convenience if going out somewhere.
