Thanks for Gemy's info...I would love to try some great speciality shampoo made for Yorkies. I know you also mentioned rinsing well and I just want you to know that I did (probably overly rinsed her). I do think it just wasn't the right shampoo for her puppy hair. I will remember to mention to Gemy that I am a pet owner and not going to be putting Sophie in shows...I love my little Sophie but a $3000 bill would give my husband a heart attack!

Well several other Canadian people have complained about the high cost of shipping and not being able to get certain products. When you do a google, isn't it geared to what you can buy in your country, or do a bunch of places from the states come up?
