first of all how big is the dad? How many days since the tie? Have you had a ultra sound or a xray to see how many pups? If her stools are lose and she is throwing up she could become dehydrated very fast. I would see another vet if yours is out of town just to make sure things are okay. It sounds like you are willing to do what it takes to keep her safe. So take her to the vet to make sure she is fine. I would not mess with not its her life and she depends on you.
