Left off breakfast coffee for 4 days just to see if it made a difference. It does. I'm definitely programmed for my 1 1/2 to 2 cups of half-caffeinated coffee in the mornings - just not the same without it. I missed the smell of it brewing and waking me and the whole experience. Drinking water or juice with breakfast is just not the wake-up that my coffee is. I had coffee with my Honey Bun this morning. I've been so healthy in eating since my grilled chicken sand the other day I rewarded myself with the tiny and nutritionless(!) Little Debbie Honey Bun & getting back to sipping hot coffee for breakfast.
