Thank you guys for all your support! I know it wasn't his fault, but you should have seen him, he looked like he had been crying when I met him at the vet. When he called and said he was taking her in, I knew it had to be very bad because he is currently doing his residency in orthopedic surgery! He and the vet both looked at the x rays and talked about what to do...it was actually kind of fuuny! I told him to just get ready, because when we do start having children, these sorts of things are going to happen to them as well!
