I don't perceive it that way at all.
She was trying to help you-educate you and anyone else who might read this and was explaining some more detailed information as to what you were told and why-what type of practice that is.
I saw it more as a reaching out to you in kindness.
Please be leery of over vaccinating and vaccinating too early, multi vaccine etc. <--your dog's health and life is dependent on these things
