People like to have their akc papers even though they are buying a pet so
they know parents were pure bred so you could offer them akc papers
once you are given proof by the owner and their vet that the yorkie had
been spayed/neutered. If it were mine I would have pup fixed before my pup left
me. And on the buyers side of it I would want things in writing if you go with
akc papers after spay/neuter. Sorry I forget if this little pup is a f/m
