| Same Problem My little guy is 3 years old and only within the last year has he become a terror. When he goes crazy with the barking I usually tap on his nose and say "no" or "stop" and that will usually shock him into being quiet (albiet with a few growls lol.) When that doesn't work 5-10 mins in "time-out" in his kennel works wonders. On mornings where he's especially loud after the first couple of barks he goes straight to the kennel to minimize barking later in the day. He is progressively becoming more aggressive with nips and growls and for that...I've yet to find a solution. (sigh) |
