This baby girl MUST see a vet......SOMEHOW, SOME WAY......You say she has an enlarged heart as well as other medical issues....as stated above by BabyGirl Rosie, this panting can very well be related to her heart. As difficult as it may be, if you are not able to provide required medical care for that little girl, you must consider other options.....PLEASE, DO WHAT IS BEST FOR THAT BABY and allow her to go to someone that can provide the medical care she needs in order to even live.
