Hi everyone, just need some advice on what to do.

Sheldon's teeth are loose, he has 4 on top and 4 on bottom that are loose and gums are swollen. He hasn't had anything to eat this morning and his tummy is making all kind of noises. Anyone had experienced this with their puppy?
