DH says I have made Ginger fat!
But she isn't fat. She is just fatter.
She sure loves her new home. When DH got her she was eating leaves and dirt.
It was awful! When I got her I gave her some of Rosie's home cooked food and vitamins. I think it really helped her because she was in such bad shape. She had started loosing hair too. It was just a horrible site. But she is much better now!
We had a Beagle named Charlie that we rescued when we lived at our other house. He had been abused.
I took him in as my baby. He was one of the best dogs we ever had.
I am so glad your neighbor rescued! They are really wonderful dogs!!
