Even if the kid was high as a kite, he did not deserve to die. Have the sh#t beat out him in self-defense, sure. But he did not need to be killed. He could have just shot him in the damned leg if he really thought he was in danger, so that he could escape. He was out with his gun, looking for young black males, and that will come out in the trial.
