When you say it 'feels' like there are two puppies in there has she had a scan to make sure? If it was about a month ago that they tied you should be able to see pups on a scan now if she is pregnant. If you are prepared to go ahead with the litter I would start to prepare for a c-section and speak to a breeder to see if he/she can mentor you through this time. There is another option where the vet could abort the litter, either way please spay your dog afterwards in order to avoid more un-wanted pups.
