Neighborhood watch is just that, we watched and reported. We had a special direct line and reported anything suspicious. There was no stalking or gun play. One of the first things you are taught as a CCW holder and a block watcher....RETREAT! I have been accosted on more than one occasions and have always been able to escape, it's always the best option. Get a description and report to the police, everyone stays alive that way. It does happen that you are forced to defend yourself but not as often as everyone would think.
