We have two Yorkies, one Walker (Beagle), and one Great Pyrenees mix. The Walker was rescued by DH. Yes DH!!! This is the least amount of dogs for us. We used to have three Beagles but they are all gone now.
I really wouldn't mind having a few more Beagles in the future. They are really great dogs.
