I am so hopeful that the judge would make an example of this thing(since you can'tcall that a man) and give it maximum jail time, fines, community service and prevented from owning any pet in that jurisdiction. This is not the same as the Yorkie beaten to death video, that was actually a woman beating that poor pup in front of her child. I say we should be allowed to stone & beat them both with the weapon if our choice.
