It may be a little more money, but bark busters is the best! They come to your home and do all the training there, and walk you through step by step! I googled it and they even have it in Canada! Check it out!

I have never had to use them but many clients of mine use them, and i have even shadowed with one of the trainers for a day, seriously they are great!
