I read things like this and watch the reports on television and wonder
what in the world could cause a person to treat an animal as this poor baby was treated? Is that something missing in the person's brain or are they raised by people that just didn't love them or what can create a person that can torture & ultimately kill a dog so horribly? It's hard to imagine that the person who did this to this dog is out walking and living among us - at the mall, the grocery, the movie, maybe even church & we probably speak to them and exchange pleasantries! How can this be?
